You cannot be there. Someone you trust can.
Named, verified people in India handle the visit, the paperwork and the government office — and send you geo-tagged proof of every step.

Buy from shops in India, delivered to you abroad
We Shop for You, We Ship It
Someone shops for you live over a video call — you see what is on the shelf and approve every purchase before it is paid for. Name any shop, from the market stall you grew up on to the chemist who knows your mother's prescription — we do not need an arrangement with it to buy from there. We are also checking shops across India now, so soon you can pick one here by name too.
You Shop, We Ship It
Browse a catalogue yourself and check out — nobody on a call. Groceries, sweets, sarees, gifts and more, from real Indian stores — packed and sent wherever you are. We buy it, verify it, and ship it on to you.
What we can buy

Pick a category when you book, then tell us the shop and the exact item. We buy it, show you the receipt, and send it on.

At a glance
What you can count on
How it works
Four steps, and you can see exactly where an order is at any point in them.
1. Tell us what needs doing
Pick the service and answer a few questions about the situation. If it is tangled — several things at once, or you are not sure where to start — book a free fifteen-minute call and we will map it out with you first.
2. Meet the person who will do it
You get their name, photo, city, the languages they speak and how long they have worked with us — before they start. If they ever change mid-order, we tell you who took over and why. No silent transfers into a queue.
3. Watch it happen
Photos and videos arrive geo-tagged and timestamped, plotted on a map. For a visit, your parent confirms it themselves with a four-digit code. You see each stage complete as it completes, not in a summary afterwards.
4. Get the documents and the receipts
The finished paperwork, plus a line-by-line account of what was spent. Our fee is fixed and shown before you pay. Government fees are charged at cost with the receipt attached — including when the estimate was wrong.

The carriers who move your parcel
Every one of them is registered with us, checked, and named here with their agreement. When one of them has your box, the tracking you see is the tracking we see.
Proof, not promises
Anyone can say they are trustworthy. These are the four things we do that you can check.
Evidence that cannot be quietly edited
Every photo, document and note is appended to a hash-chained record. Nothing is ever overwritten or deleted — a correction adds a new entry that supersedes the old one, and both stay visible. You can verify the chain yourself from the order page.
A named person, not a call centre
Identity-verified, with their tenure and completed orders on the card. You can message them. When we reassign someone, the handoff is written into your timeline with the reason, because the alternative is you noticing a stranger in the photos.
Nothing hidden in the price
Our fee is fixed and quoted before you commit. Government fees are pass-through at cost, with the receipt attached, and we publish the estimate against the actual — including the times we estimated badly.
Dates as honest ranges
We give a working-day range drawn from our own completed orders, with the share that finished inside it — not a confident single date invented to win the sale. Part of this work happens in a government office we do not control, and we say so.
In their words
Reviews from the people we did the work for
Every review here is tied to a completed order. We publish the rating, the words as they were written, the service and the city — never a name, and never a date, because a service plus a city plus a date can identify somebody in a small town. A rating of three or below opens a recovery case with an operations manager, and the review stays published either way.
No published reviews yet
This fills itself from approved reviews left on completed orders, and there are none yet — so there is nothing here. We would rather show you an empty section than testimonials we wrote ourselves, which is the same reason the figures on the homepage appear only once there is something real to count.
When the first ones arrive they will appear here as written, including the ones that go badly, with our answer underneath.
Until then, read exactly how each service worksRead exactly what happens, before you pay us anything
Every service has a public playbook: the real process, the named government office, the forms involved, an honest timeline, and the three or four things that most often go wrong. Written so you could, in principle, do it yourself — some people read it and do exactly that, and that is fine.

Everything you send home, in your pocket
Track an order, see the photograph the moment it is taken, approve a step and pay a government fee — from wherever you are, in the time zone you are actually awake in.

Questions people ask first
How is the price of a parcel worked out?
The price you see when you book is an estimate from the box sizes and weights you enter, shown line by line. Your boxes are weighed again after packing, and the weight on our scale is the weight you are charged for. On the USA route the final price is shown at your door and agreed there, either by the person handing over or by you in the app. Duty or import tax charged by the destination country’s customs is separate and not part of our price.
Which countries can I send a parcel to?
From India to the USA, the UK and Canada. Each has its own page with its own terms. Australia is temporarily closed to new parcels.
What can’t I send?
Each item you declare is put in a goods category, and an item in a prohibited category cannot be saved, so you find out before you pack. Some goods ship only with conditions, and the guidance appears as soon as you pick the category. The Prohibited items tab on the service page lists the standard carrier rules, and customs in the destination country has the final say.
How do I follow my parcel?
Each stage, from pickup through export, transit and customs to local delivery, appears on your order page as it happens. Customs is shown as a range of days, not a date, because clearing it depends on them. When it arrives you confirm that what came matches what you declared, box by box.
Who actually visits my parents?
For a hospital visit, one of our own people is assigned in a stage of its own before the day. They travel with your parent, stay through the appointment, and hand you a written account with photos afterwards. They do not make medical decisions.
Should I book the hospital appointment first?
If the appointment is already booked, choose Hospital Visit Escort. If it is not, choose Hospital Visit Support: we call the hospital and confirm a slot, and if your date is not free we call you back before booking anything else. Neither service pays for the consultation, tests or treatment.
How do the shopping services work, and who pays for what is bought?
With Shop Online you tell us in writing what to buy and where to send it, and we buy it and bring it to your door. With Live Shopper you book a shopper’s time, 30 minutes to a full day, in a city we have opened, and approve items as they are shown. A Live Shopper booking pays for their time and travel. What is bought in the shop is paid for separately, and receipts are photographed into the order.
How do I know a photo is genuine?
Evidence is geo-tagged and timestamped at capture, then appended to a hash-chained record you can verify from the order page. Nothing is edited or deleted after the fact. A correction adds a superseding entry and both remain visible.
Can I cancel, and what if I am not satisfied?
Only the person who booked can cancel an order, and a refund goes back to whoever paid. If you are not satisfied, any rating of three stars or below automatically raises a recovery case with an ops manager and its own deadline, so you do not have to chase anyone. Reviews are never silently deleted.
Can my brother and sister see the same information?
Yes. A family circle gives siblings in different countries one shared view of upcoming visits, open orders, documents and what has been spent, so nobody is relaying updates by WhatsApp at two in the morning.
